Charles D. Umberger

Prior to joining Oldtown Bank, Mr. Umberger served as President of Coconut Grove Bank and as Senior Lending Officer for Pointe Bank of Coral Gables. A native of Durham, Mr. Umberger is a graduate of Duke University and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He joins Senior Vice Presidents Lurissia Hendrix and Tommy Bourque as senior management of Oldtown Bank. He brings 30 years of experience and knowledge in lending; credit; bank operations; and general banking management that will help Oldtown grow and develop into the leading banking organization in Haywood County.

Lurissia Hendrix - Senior Vice President

Ms. Lurissia Hendrix has been a long-time banker in the Waynesville market, most recently as manager of Carolina First Bank. Her vast knowledge of the deposit and operations functions provides Oldtown with the expertise needed to build a successful financial institution that can deliver sophisticated products competitive with the large banks. In addition to overseeing the bank's deposit operations, Lurissia serves as Corporate Secretary and manages shareholder relations.

Thomas J. Bourque - Senior Vice President

Mr. Tommy Bourque began his banking career in south Louisiana with a community bank, which was later purchased by Bank One. Working in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, he advanced through the ranks of commercial lending then returned to Houma to join Hibernia Bank. Later he was with The Bankers Bank in Nashville before coming to Waynesville with Carolina First as Area Executive. His years of experience in a broad range of commercial lending make Tommy an MVP in Oldtown's senior management.

Dana L. Klinger - Banking Officer

Ms. Dana Klinger is Oldtown’s Assistant Secretary and Compliance; Bank Secrecy Act; and Security Officer. Ms. Klinger joined Oldtown prior to the Bank’s opening in September 2007. Previously, she had been with United Community Bank and First Citizens Bank in Waynesville. A native of Mississippi, prior to her move to Waynesville in 2003, Ms. Klinger was Director of Operations for a company in Florida where she directed the day-to-day operations of one of their main divisions. Ms. Klinger is charged with overseeing the Bank’s compliance with Federal and State regulations as they pertain to deposits, loans, and privacy, among others. She also plays a key role in the management of Oldtown’s retail banking operations.
